- Why the battery cannot charge.
1.Replace the cable or adapter. We recommended to use the 5V/2A adapter, and try to avoid using the USB power supply of the computer.

- The brush is hard to control, it spins.
In the process of use, try to make the brush fit with the clean surface, avoid only using the edge of the brush and the clean surface contact. If it’s just edge contact, it’s harder to control the brush, and edge rotation can cause the brush to fly.

I thought it was going to feel light and generic but no, it was actually better than I honestly thought. It’s useful, strong, lengths adjustable, it’s easier than scrubbing and thankfully there’s a charger that comes with it. I think that would be the only issue. The different head options all work wonders but the life span is insanely short
