Got this to help with neck pain since a regular heat pad won’t hold in place. The heat is good, but it would be nice if it had more button adjustments for sizing around the neck. The auto off feature is nice, but I wish it still had an always on option. Overall though it isn’t bad for the money.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! I have neck and shoulder issues which result in headaches. I have two different style heating pads but its hard to make them cling to my neck and shoulders. When I saw this offered on Amazon I had to give it a try. I am so glad I did. This thing lives on the back of my couch and it completely covers my problem areas including high on my neck. The dial is super easy to understand and the timer can be set for up to 2 hours. I would say if you suffer from neck/shoulder issues to give this a try. It won’t disappoint!!
